Minecraft Updates: Good News for Microsoft Xbox and PS4 Users Clapway

Don’t worry gamers, it’s clear that Minecraft is still a major priority. Just recently, April 6 to be exact, a new update for Minecraft was released for the Microsoft Xbox editions of the game, as well as the PS4. A brand new Minecraft Story Mode Skin Pack was released, along with new achievements, and several game bug fixes.

THE MINECRAFT STORY MODE SKIN PACK

Now available for download, to further spice up the Minecraft experience, is the Story Mode Skin Pack for the PS4 and Xbox One, among other devices. What this pack adds, as the name suggests, is a whole bunch of different player skins, 27 to be exact. The highlight is Jesse, though, and if he is one of your favorite characters, then you certainly will fall in love with this new pack because he has multiple new versions available.

NEW MICROSOFT XBOX ACHIEVEMENTS AND PS4 TROPHIES

Alongside the awesome skin pack, there were also six new Microsoft Xbox Achievements and PS4 Trophies added to this game. Now, if you can create and fully power a Beacon you will receive an Achievement or Trophy. That’s just one of them, though, and a few more are killing the Wither, spawning the Wither, and even bouncing 30 blocks upward off a slime back.

BUG FIXES FOR MINECRAFT

Whether you’re playing this game on the PS4 or Xbox, there are bugs. Unfortunately, this is something that Microsoft and Sony gamers have to deal with when playing Minecraft. However, this recent update attempts to fix some of the most glaring ones. This update promises to fix the issue when the Ender Dragon would randomly be immune to attacks. Also, it will fix the issue of Slimes not spawning in certain Swamps, as well as improving the sprint control. This is just a few of the bug fixes, and if you want the full list then you can find it on the official forum page of Minecraft.
