Youtube Patronized Google Translate

Above all, Google Translate is a translator and a rather good one at that. However, that doesn’t stop YouTube from getting creative with it. Just a quick search will show many different variations of people using the translating tool for anything but translating. The latest of these examples comes by the way of a man, a trombone and a mission to entertain.

YOUTUBE USER GETS CREATIVE WITH GOOGLE TRANSLATE

What happens when you combine a trombone, an idea and Google Translate? Well, one ambitious YouTube user set to find out. Armed with his trusty instrument and some interesting concepts, it’s safe to say he created a masterpiece. See, Translate isn’t just for translating words. Just go ahead and try to type a word that doesn’t even exist. Instead of saying “failure to communicate” or something stupid like that, Translate gives it a shot. We must give the software credit for effort. No matter what word is thrown at it, an attempt is made. Sometimes, the results are ugly. Other times, we get something like this.

YOUTUBE USER UNLOCKS THE POTENTIAL OF GOOGLE TRANSLATE

As you can see in the video, this YouTube user is having fun with Google Translate. It’s mostly meant to be humorous with a dash of artistic value. There’s a deeper meaning here, though. This video proves that Translate has the potential for something great. Translation alone is something worthy of praise. But this? This opens the door to something entirely different. Art always evolves and this example is just one more of humans using technology and creativity to create something entirely new. Realistically, though this won’t last long.

YOUTUBE CAN’T MAKE FUN OF GOOGLE TRANSLATE FOREVER

Eventually, Translate will become so good, that videos like this aren’t possible. Technology is becoming too smart for its own good already. It’s just a matter of time before we can’t fool it anymore. No more zany videos like this. Furthermore, technology is becoming independent. Not only are they becoming immune to tomfoolery, but they could end up controlling us. In the future, robots will be playing instruments to weird human noises instead. Enjoy it while you can.
