How To Make Homemade Pepper Spray

Although the thought of traveling alone is intriguing, your adventure can easily take a turn for the worst. To fend off unwanted attention while out and about, learn how to make simple homemade pepper spray for your own personal safety.

Ingredients you will need to make homemade pepper spray:

1. 2 tablespoons of cayenne or chili pepper
2. 1 tablespoon Black pepper
3. Rubbing alcohol
4. Small spray bottle
5. 1 ounce of baby oil
6. Glass or cup to hold the mixture

Place the crushed cayenne or chili pepper  into the cup, along with the black pepper. Then fill the glass with rubbing alcohol and baby oil, and stir well. Remove any big clumps remaining in the mixture using a strainer and pour into a small spray bottle that you can carry around.

Bring this portable defensive mechanism with you wherever you go, and have it in an easy to reach place. Hopefully, you won’t have to resort to whipping it out, but in case you do, go out there and kick some butt.
