The new update for Halo 5: Guardians is free of charge and full of perks, with some new ninja-themed armor, Light Rifle firepower and Big Team Battle maps. There are new modes introduced in this new update for Halo 5, as well as a slew of new and unlocked items.

Among them are the all new Ultra Rare and Legendary items, with the Sinobi Armor and the Dying Star Light rifle. There are also new skins available, a Shove-It assassination gimmick for gamers to use as they please.

Big Team Battle is the Crown of the New Update for Halo 5

Gamers are calling Big Team Battle the highlight of this update for Halo 5, where all four maps presented have been adjusted slightly for the shifts that the new update for Halo 5 brings. Big Team Battle is available for Customs and matchmaking, and make for a preview for next month’s Forge drop.

Big Team Battle is an 8v8 mode, and it’s set to become the biggest non-Warzone mode in the game. The new maps are inspired by maps from previous games, and they’re called Deadlock, Basin, Guillotine and Recurve.

New Update for Halo 5 This Week, Battle of Shadow and Light Next Week

Battle of Shadow and Light ill be available next week and will automatically download and install for all Halo 5: Guardian players. This new update for Halo 5 will ad 48 new Reqs, including Shinobi armor and the Tundra Mantris.

This new update for Halo 5 also brings Halo 5’s Big Team Battle playlist, which will roll out  sometime in the next week. A specific date has not been announced by 343, but the new Reqs will also be available at the same time.
