Republique, a new game coming to the PS4, is a highly layered survival horror game with incredibly intricate puzzles that will work your brain muscles. According to the developers, Republique is a compilation of the team’s favorite elements of survival horror games, evolving into a five-chaptered story with depth unimaginable.
Republique is A Two Person Journey
The game is set in a secret country called Metamorphosis. The main character’s mission is to take Hope, a prisoner and help her escape the country through a series of quests and puzzles that are explained by the team as being extremely intricate and embedded into the very foundation of the game.
Graphics Are Great and The Story is Even Better
According to the team behind Republique, the game has impeccable visuals and takes gamers through a journey that revolves around the gamer’s relationship with Hope, who will transform as the journey progresses. The story, which had previously been released in five separate installments, has no been compiled into one, and gamers are even able to take full control of Hope.
