Rising Carbon Dioxide – The First Step To Increase of Mammals and Decrease of Humans

There has been an unusual spike in the population of plankton and many scientists are reportedly very shocked and surprised by this. Scientists are linking this to the increasing rise of carbon dioxide levels in the ocean. There are possible positives and negatives to this new spike in plankton, and it is both good and bad for man and animals. It may turn out to be more bad than good, though.

RISING CARBON DIOXIDE: GOOD AND BAD

The rise of CO2 certainly has a good side and a bad side. The rising carbon dioxide has been linked to the spike in the population of the plankton. Plankton is a major food source for many aquatic animals and the rise in plankton gives them much more food to eat. However, the contrary to this is that scientists believe that the carbon dioxide emissions acidify oceans and should make it more threatening for some species to live in them.

While researchers have not yet determined whether this is a good or bad revelation for the planet, speculation can be risen by anyone. One of the biggest problems with rising CO2 is global warming. Global warming is certainly a topic that gets talked about a lot, but there is a good reason for that. It is also a very controversial topic, so it should be noted that nothing said here about global warming is fact, but all speculation. The rise of carbon dioxide will only make global warming worse because one of the biggest factors of global warming is carbon dioxide. They go hand in hand, and if CO2 is increasing, then it is for sure that global warming will be worse. This then makes it even harder for humans to live when carbon dioxide continues to rise. Global warming can not be ignored when the topic of carbon dioxide is talked about and that alone may make this rise of CO2 bad.
