Fallout 4 Man vs Machines DLC: 5 Things You Need to Know Clapway

Players across the world have been enjoying the new DLC for Fallout 4, and no it is not called the man vs machines DLC. However, it might as well have been dubbed that! The official name is Automatron, and although Fallout 4 is a massive game, no one will complain about more content. For all of the fans of the game, here are some things you should know about this DLC.

1. THE STORY

As soon as you hit the minimum level requirement after purchasing this DLC, you will start off with a level 15+ quest. However, the issue is the story element of this DLC is not the greatest. On your journey, you will pick up a distress signal and it will, eventually, lead you to a surviving robot named Ada. After this, Ada will become your companion and you will then find yourself completing many quests to eventually hunt for The Mechanist, the super villain in the DLC.

2. THE CHARACTERS ARE BLAND

Unfortunately, the new characters in this DLC are not very interesting. This is specifically true for Ada, as the robot is devoid of any personality. This may not effect some people, but in a game like Fallout 4 characters are even more important.

3. THE ROBOT WORKBENCH

Now, we come to the entire point of this DLC for Fallout 4. Quickly into the DLC, you will unlock the ability to add the robot workbench. You can do a multitude of tasks here like customizing a robot companion, or even building one from scratch. Weapons can be customized, as well as the voice module, extremities, and paint job.

4. TWO TO FOUR HOURS OF CONTENT

The Automatron DLC for Fallout 4 can provide you will countless hours of gameplay if you spend it at the workbench. However, if you just play through the story mode then it will take you around two to four hours. This is not a ton of time for the story mode, but playing around at the workbench will make up for that!

5. THE PRICE

Lastly, all of you should be aware of the price of this DLC for Fallout 4. If you buy it by itself, then it is only $10. However, if you buy the Season Pass, which will include more DLC in the future, it will be $50.
