Microsoft Windows 10 is Ruled by Chinese Government

Learning the Chinese Language – Way to Gain Mileage in Your Business with China Microsoft Windows 10 is Ruled by Chinese Government Clapway

The Chinese Government is hardly chill when it comes to censorship. Mark Zuckerberg had to jump through hoops just to get Facebook over there and now Microsoft is doing the same thing. The company has made a special version of Windows 10 for China that adhered to their strict rules and regulations.

MICROSOFT SELLS SOUL TO CHINESE GOVERNMENT

If anyone wants access to the millions of potential dollars the Chinese government has control of, they will need to sell their soul. Some may argue that Microsoft doesn’t have any soul left, but it turns out, they have a little sliver of soul somewhere in their greedy hearts. Not for long, though. They had to give up that piece to China so they would be able to release Windows 10 (or some version of it) in the country.

WINDOWS 10 TURNS INTO ZHUANGONGBAN

Forget what you know about Windows 10. That bright-eyed ambitious little OS is now just a shell of its former self. In partnership with a state-run technology company called CETC, Microsoft morphed Windows 10 into what they are calling Zhuagongban. The modifications meet those requirements of the Chinese Government now. So what exactly did they do? It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that Microsoft won’t tell us. All they can say is that the same consumer apps and services that we associate with Windows 10 are gone. Thanks to the Chinese Government censorship, your favorite programs are no more. We’ll see “Word” become “Wordless”, Powerpoint become “You Have No Power…Point” and Excel turn into to “Don’t Excel Unless it Benefits the Whole”. Who would have though communism and Windows would fit so well together?

YOUR BIG CHINESE BROTHER IS WATCHING

At the moment, it’s not known that the security features in Zhuangongban will let users see the level of surveillance. One can assume it’s unlikely. The Chinese Government asked for these features specifically to keep a close eye on users, not to make them aware. Meanwhile, the guys at Microsoft are playing the “ignorance is bliss” card as they eagerly await the piles of cash that will surely come their way. Internet freedom can take a back seat to greed at the moment.
