It has been officially announced that Konami, the makers of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016, will release a free version of their PES soccer on December 8th of this year. The free version looks like it will be more of an appetizer than anything. Konami has also announced the free version of PES 2016 will be on the PS3 as well. However, the Xbox One is not set to get a free version of this game.
THE FREE VERSION OF PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2016
As one can most likely assume, a free version of a video game will not have 100 percent of the features and such is the case for Pro Evolution Soccer 2016. Konami has revealed that players will be able to participate in exhibition mode, but only a few teams are said to be available. Bayern Munich, AS Roma, Juventus, France, and Brazil are the teams that are announced to be playable. Outside of exhibition mode, it is rumored that there will also be a training mode available in the free version so one can hone their skills. These types of features will come as no surprise for a free version of a video game, but not too many players are going to complain about a free video game. The only players that will complain are Xbox fans since there has been no report of this free version coming to the Xbox One.
XBOX ONE FANS GOT THE WRONG END OF THE DEAL FOR PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2016
Although Xbox One console holders will not be able to get the free version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016, unless they switch to Sony, they can still play the game as it is available for the Xbox One. However, this is not the free version of this game and it will have to be purchased to play. Obviously, if players do that they will have access to all of the features of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016. For some people, this might end up being the better option altogether considering that the free version is only set to feature two playable modes, as of now. However, the other people will be upset that they will not get to test out Pro Evolution Soccer 2016, with the free version, before purchasing the full version.
