The Resident Evil 0 Remaster Features Enhanced Character Models and Updated Controls

The game will cost $19.99, available for the PS4, the Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Character models, textures and controls have all been modified and improved, but it’s not all sunny skies for Xbox 360 gamers.

Xbox 360 gamers that pre-order the game will not have access to the Wolf Force Billy or Cheerleader Rebecca costume packs. There hasn’t been any information released as to why this is the case. This could be due to issues with distribution contracts with Microsoft, but no official statements have been issued by the company or by Capcom. Hopefully something will be said in regards as to why this is happening, and maybe Microsoft gamers will be compensated in some other way for this loss.

Pre-Ordering A Physical Copy of the Game Will Provide Different Perks

People who pre-order the physical HD remaster of Resident Evil 0 will be getting a nurse outfit for Rebecca and a jailbird outfit for Billy. The physical version will also be released January 19th, 2016.

The trailer for the remastered game features a blast from the past with upgraded graphics and character modifications. It’s sure to bring gamers a refreshened playing experience that will delight old fans and new fans alike. The game, originally released for the GameCube in 2002, will be released in Japan on January 21st, 2016. The story is set before the events of the current Resident Evil series. While it was not an incredibly popular installment of the series, it is already bringing a lot of nostalgia to current fans of the series. It’s likely that the game brings positive revenue for Capcom.
