A new invention out of Scottsdale, AZ could get picked up by Apple, Google or Facebook to bring the amazing BRAINtellect 2 to the mass marketplace. The BRAINtellect is a headband that essentially shows your brain a mirror of itself through music.
Introducing, the BRAINtellect 2 Headband
Created by Brain State Technologies, the BRAINtellect 2 (B-2 for short) features sensors that monitor four different regions of the brain. These areas all play an important role in regulating emotional well-being and stress response. The four sensors on the headband can track and monitor this activity. In the end, it determines which area of the brain needs the most stress relief.
Stress sucks, everyone knows that. It has the ability to alter behaviour, sleeping patterns and basic performance. The B-2 supports the brain and helps it relaxed to reach a balanced, optimized state. After monitoring your brain activity, the B-2 takes the information to transform dominant frequencies to sound, heard through the device’s accompanying earbuds. Essentially, the brain is given a sonic reflection of itself. This prompts it to optimize itself.
It’s a Concert In There
Almost in real time, the device will make adjustments based on the altered activity until the brain reaches the point where it stands at its fullest potential. The actual sounds are milliseconds in length. The technology used for this part of the project uses a sound envelope known as the ADSR envelope. It stands for Attack, Decay, Sustain and Release. Special tones from special instruments are put into the tablet computer that comes alongside the headband. Each note is the same length though it may overlap according to brain activity, and there could also be some overlay.
The company brought in Grammy-awarded engineers to design software algorithms. Nothing else in the world sounds quite like the soundtrack to your brain.
The benefits of using B-2 daily include efficient, refreshing sleep, better stress handling, better focus and intuition, faster memory and recall, better decisiveness and higher confidence, higher learning ability, increased and extended relaxation, reduced conscious and subconscious fear and a sense of inner peace. The device also increases self-awareness and personal transformation.
This is A Really Attractive Buy for Giants like Google, Facebook, and Apple
These giant corporations are no strangers to new technology acquisitions. It’s possible that we may see this technology get funded, shoot out the first couple of shipments, and get bought by Google, Facebook or Apple. It will certainly bring great positive changes to the way we see our own brain. In fact, this could even change the way mental disorders are treated, and how we keep our brain healthy every day.
