REASON 1: LESS PROFESSIONAL
Now, this was not a shot at Beyonce, but she is an extremely popular celebrity. The way that celebrities operate make them a little more suited for a less professional type of video service. YouTube is much, much larger than Vimeo, but that makes Vimeo have more of an engaged community.
REASON 2: MORE CRAZY STUFF
Let’s face it, you never know what you might find on YouTube. There could be a man dancing like a penguin, a 30-second rage video, or any stupid video you can think of. This makes it perfect for a person like Beyonce to let loose and create a wacky video.
REASON 3: THE LAYOUT
Although Vimeo may have a little better layout overall, the layout for YouTube would still fit Beyonce better. Given that she is a celebrity, the more content she has around the video the better. While viewing one of her songs, the rest of her songs can then easily be accessed right after that one is done.

Celebrities can never get enough attention, and advertisements allow them to get even more. However, these will not be found on Vimeo and will only be found on YouTube. This is good for their users, but bad for someone like Beyonce!

If you did not know, you can upload a video on YouTube as private, and then only those who have permission can view it. So, any video that involves Beyonce, that may need improvements, can be shown to only a select amount of people for further recommendations.
