People around the world are starting to get more comfortable with all-electric cars. They have made the world a cleaner place, as well as giving people the privilege of not spending endless amounts of money on gas. Well, now it seems like Elon Musk wants to make an all electric aircraft. You heard this right, and Elon Musk stated how he has been thinking about it for quite a while now. Probably the coolest aspect of his idea is that it would be able to take off vertically. Looking past the fact that this would be the coolest aircraft ever made, it would also have a couple of benefits.
FIRST BENEFIT TO THE ELON MUSK ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT
Just like with electric vehicles, the need to pay for gas is gone. This is precisely one of the biggest benefits of this idea by Elon Musk. Aircraft travel is necessary for all companies that constantly need to ship their products across the world. Obviously, there are other reasons for aircraft travel but this was just highlighting one of them. I can’t imagine many people would be angry over the fact that an aircraft would not need gasoline, but if you do then more power to you.
SECOND BENEFIT TO THE ELON MUSK ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT
Not only would the lack of gas be a huge benefit, but cutting away all the runways would be beneficial as well. These runaways take up valuable green space, and if a vertical aircraft is made then these would not be necessary. It can almost be related to how an electric car prevents carbon dioxide emissions. Elon Musk is a creative genius, and he is doing his best Tony Stark impression! Only time will tell when this comes to fruition, but hopefully, it will happen soon because this is going to be awesome!
