FIRST FACT ABOUT THE BMW M2: THE GREAT SPEED OF IT
Now, you probably are aware that the top speed in the standard version of this model is 155mph. However, did you know how fast the BMW M2 can get to 62mph? The answer is a mind-blowing 4.5 seconds, and I don’t care who you are that is fast! This is, of course, with the optional seven-speed launch control switched to on.
SECOND FACT ABOUT THE BMW M2: THE WEIGHT OF THIS VEHICLE
The new M2 model of this vehicle is a little lighter than the previous versions. Instead of using steel, the engineers of the M2 decided to use aluminum in the rear and front axles. This weighs around 5kg less than if it were built with steel.
THIRD FACT ABOUT THE BMW M2: BACK TO THE SPEED
I know I have already covered speed, but this fact is just amazing. The company claims that this new M2 could go around the Nurburgring Nordschleife in around eight minutes. If this claim is true, then it would be as fast around the track as a Seat Leon Cupra wagon. So, be honest with me and don’t lie, did you know any of these facts?
