On April 26, 2016, gaming fans around the world are going to be rushing to their nearest entertainment store. The reason for this is because, on that day, Uncharted 4 for the PS4 will be released. For those of you who don’t know, Uncharted 4 is a third-person action-adventure video game. From what we have seen from this game, there are reasons to be pumped up.
FIRST REASON: THE VISUALS
At E3, there was a level in Uncharted 4 that was being played by one of the developers. What we saw from this gameplay session were absolutely breathtaking animation and visuals. This is not much of a surprise, given that it is a PS4 game, but it is still worth noting. The voice dubbing and acting, in particular, were especially crisp and fluid. Also, the animation of the cut scenes was masterful and the overall presentation was nearly flawless.
SECOND REASON: YOU CAN DRIVE VEHICLES
Now, we turn to an added gameplay element into the Uncharted series. For this PS4 game, you are going to be able to drive vehicles. This was showcased at Sony’s press conference, and it will add a tremendous gameplay element to Uncharted 4. This is something that previous installments did not possess, so this is a pretty big feature.
THIRD REASON: THE ACTION
With what the gameplay demo revealed, the action in Uncharted 4 looks unbelievable. Whether it’s jumping from a rooftop to attack someone, pulling out your machine gun to fire someone, or just beating someone up there is always action going on in this PS4 game. In particular, there is one amazing sequence where Drake is being pulled on the ground by a vehicle and he must shoot enemies nearby. Overall, you might not want to blink while playing this game because if you do, then you might end up face first in the dirt!
