GOOGLE’S ROBOT DOG NOT FIT FOR MILITARY SERVICE

According to the U.S Military, Google’s new robot dog’s, Alpha Dog and Spot, are not quite ready for active duty. For those worried about an army of android dogs coming after you, relax. For now. Google has simply decided to postpone their canine war machines for a later date. Until then, they’ve been using Spot to torture real dogs. A recent video shows a live terrier interacting with Spot. Let’s just say the two hardly got along. Is the terrier overreacting, or are its keen senses picking up something that humans are not?

SKYNET TERMINATOR DOG WILL SOON FIGHT OUR WARS AND MAYBE US

The military apparently has a couple of Spot robot dogs in their possession. Google’s Boston Dynamics (aka, their version of Skynet) has failed to release any further information on what they plan to do with their canine army. The military had plans to use Spot as a reconnaissance unit, but the autonomy of the beast isn’t quite ready. Spot shares some similar aspect to the humanoid Atlas robot that Boston Dynamics has recently showed off. That being said, for now, this Google robot dog is struggling to find its place in society.

WILL ANDROID DOGS REPLACE REAL DOGS?

That estranged terrier was on to something. It saw that android dog as a threat. Not just an immediate threat, but a permanent one. If the military doesn’t find an army of terminator dogs up to snuff, the next logical step would be for them to infiltrate our homes. It will start out as a friendly toy for the kids to play around with. As the technology gets more advanced, these dogs will become household assistants. They won’t need walks, they won’t need food and they won’t soil the rug. Real dogs will become a nuisance and will be forced to the streets. Legions of stray dogs will roam the earth as the once-friendly android dogs get taken over by the NSA. Eventually, they will watch us every move, keeping us prisoner in our own homes as we yearn for the canines of yonder.
