Reasons Why This Electric Skateboard Should Be a Tesla Product

There is a new record in the world and this one is for reaching the fastest speed on a skateboard. Mischo Erban is the man who achieved this incredible feat, and it took a lot of guts! With the latest news of this record-breaking achievement, it got me thinking on if Tesla would consider adopting the electric skateboard that Erban used. I can think of a few reasons on why they would do this, but, of course, I don’t speak for them.

FIRST REASON: THE SPEED THIS SKATEBOARD ACHIEVED

Erban almost topped 60 mph on this skateboard, as he clocked in at an alarming 59.55 mph. So, why would Tesla care about this in the slightest? Well, for starters the car company has always been known to make their automobiles incredibly fast. Just take a look at the Tesla Model S, which has a governed top speed of 155 mph. However, speed alone will not convince Tesla to consider this.

SECOND REASON: NGV CLAIMS THE SKATEBOARD IS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

The electric skateboard that Erban was using was made by the start-up company Next Generation Vehicles. Well, NGV claims that this skateboard is for the next generation as it is powered by an amazing four motors and dual batteries. Tesla is all about building for the next generation, so this suits them perfectly. Are you convinced yet?

THIRD REASON: TESLA COULD TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL

The NGV website touches on the fact that this skateboard is not designed very well, yet. It has the power and speed, but it lacks the looks. I think that Tesla could take care of that problem, and they could turn it into a stylish beast. To have their brains behind this would be amazing, the only question is if they have any interest in it.
