No matter what is trending, people around the world are going to follow it. To be honest, this system is incredibly annoying and some people take it too far. As long as they are not over abused, or downright ridiculous, trends can remain tolerable. Most often, it is fashion trends that can be taken over the top, though. So, with this in mind, here are five of the most extreme fashion trends.
FIRST TREND: PACO RABANNE
Joey Tribbiani, from the infamous sitcom Friends, would truly appreciate this trend. However, this doesn’t change the fact that it is very extreme. Ichiban lipstick for men is the trend, and all fans of Friends know about the link between this fashion trend and Joey!
SECOND TREND: GIORGIO ARMANI
For this effect, your eyebrows will look like your grandmother’s eyebrows. I have nothing against grandmothers, but why would you want to look like one? Again, I am not saying that they are ugly, but it just seems odd that this is a fashion trend.
THIRD TREND: DRIES VAN NOTEN
Who needs to look like a human when you can look like a panda? Dries achieved that look, and she did so by smudging here eyes in the shower, at least, that is what it looks like! I guess this is a refreshing fashion idea if you want to call it anything!
FOURTH TREND: CHANEL
Fans of quilting will be digging this fashion statement. In an eye-shadowing form, Karl Lagerfeld has achieved the process of recreating the classic house quilt. There is no too much to say about this one, and it really doesn’t get weirder than this.
FIFTH TREND: GIVENCHY
A mullet is a very interesting hair style, and all I can think of is John Stamos during his young days! Anyway, Givenchy designer Tisci actually looked to Egypt for inspiration for this one. I think that the word extreme sums up this fashion trend perfectly.
