This secret game is happening, but the only problem is we don’t know the exact date yet. It is set to be an augmented-reality video game for the Android and iOS. The ability to walk around their hometowns collecting Pokemon has led to fans losing their minds!
2. FOOTAGE ON THE GAME HAS BEEN REVEALED
Eric F. posted leaked game footage of this game on YouTube, and he claims that he shot the footage at CEO John Hanke’s SXSW presentation. This footage has already accumulated 960,000 views and that number should continue to rise given how many Nintendo and Pokemon fans there are.
3. YOU CAN HEAR HANKE IN THE FOOTAGE
If you go watch this footage, you will notice a man’s voice in the background. This man’s voice is the CEO and he is heard discussing the game. Basically, he talks about how players are encouraged to explore the real world to capture Pokemon.
4. NIANTIC PULLED OUT OF THE CONFERENCE
The developers of this new game, Niantic, actually canceled a presentation that was entitled “Catch ‘Em All: Pokemon Go and Real World Gaming.” So, this makes the leaked footage of the game a little more shocking to see.
5. THE POKEMON GO PLUS
Nintendo has decided to develop an accessory for this game, and it is called the Go Plus. This is a wrist-worn device that is used to control the game. This Nintendo creation acts like a real-life Pokedex, and this should have all gaming fans jumping for joy!
