iPhone Squeeze Tech: 5 things that make Apple Fans Happy Clapway

People squeeze their iPhone’s every day but does it ever do anything? No. Wouldn’t it be cool if it did? Of course. Well, stop dreaming, because smartphone squeeze tech is here in full force. Here are five things that will make squeeze prone Apple fans happy.

1. ULTRASONIC REPLICATE 3D TOUCH ON IPHONE

Researchers from the University of Michigan developed a way to used ultrasonic waves that replicated the effects of 3D touch without the need for a unique screen technology y or built-in sensors. The function can be implemented on Apple iPhone as well as any other smartphone out there.

2. THE FORCE IS STRONG WITH THIS ONE

The force of ForcePhone can either be strong or weak depending on the user. Different amount of pressure on an Apple iPhone, for example, will initiate different commands. A hard push might unlock a certain menu while a gentle touch would be equivalent to a right-click.

3. FORCEPHONE PICKED UP APPLE’S SLACK

According to the makers of ForcePhone, smartphone companies like Apple have previously passed on technology like this because the added cost and laborious installation meant a loss of profits. Fortunately, there are still innovators out there that are not just concerned with how many iPhone’s are sold but instead, how well they work.

4. IT’S BATMAN INSPIRED

Batman is one of the cooler superheroes out there and it’s only a matter of time before his gadgets start to become a reality. ForcePhone looks to be establishing that trend already. According to ForcePhone’s creator, his idea to create the device came from seeing “The Dark Knight”. For those that remember, Batman used all smartphones in the city as a sonar system. The high-frequency audio technology can now be found in ForcePhone.

5. BUTT DIALS MAY INCREASE

Seeing as all it will take is a little bit of force to make a call, will we see butt dialing on Apple iPhone’s come to a record high? Hopefully, there is some kind of workaround that can tell the difference between a hand squeeze and a butt squeeze but we won’t known until June when ForcePhone gives its demo in Singapore.
