SUNNYCLIST Mixes An Open Air Car with Modern Technology to Make the World’s Greenest Car
A project out of Greece is bringing SUNNYCLIST, the world’s greenest car, to the market. The car, which features a solar panel roof, pedals and a battery, offers riders three different ways to travel with absolutely no gas emissions.
SUNNYCLIST Can Be Driven Like An Electric Car or Like A Tricycle
SUNNYCLIST gives drivers the chance to work out on the way home by pedaling the car. SUNNYCLIST comes with three pedal spaces to take you where you need to go, and its low center of gravity may not allow for much speed but for a lot of balance and a great workout.
Alternatively, SUNNYCLIST can be charged via an outlet or through the solar panel roof, which charges the car in 3 hours for a 70km ride. The car’s battery can run for an additional 70km, and with an estimated 50km of pedaling, the cars’ total driving range rounds up to about 190km. That’s pretty competitive for a car that has no greenhouse gas emissions.
SUNNYCLIST Seats Three Comfortably
The car, which allows drivers to breathe in fresh air, gives off a vibe of exoticness while remaining practical. SUNNYCLIST easy to drive and easy to park; it’s light and compact and allows three to sit or pedal comfortably. The pedals are even detachable to allow drivers to work out at home or power other compatible appliances.
