20th Century Fox made a deal with Wooga, a German video game developer, to produce Futurama: Release the Drones. The video game’s story will revolve around the Planet Express crew that handle MomCo in a delivery war. Gamers will certainly connect teams of drones to solve puzzles.
Futurama and Story Veterans Will Join the Developing Team
Wooga will be joined by Dave Grossman, the man behind Tales of Monkey Island and also The Secret of Monkey Island. Joining him is the ex-producer of Futurama Patric Verrone, that in the later years of the show served as its co-executive producer.
