It has almost come to the point that climate change and global warming can’t be denied. Sure, you will get your naysayers but the problem is alive and it is not going to magically go away. However, the world has developed crops that can help combat it.

For those of you who love yams, you are going to be digging, no pun intended, this crop. The Chinese yam is a crop that stands around 5 meters high, and the leaves can get as big as 11 centimeters.

Lastly, we have the Blitum bonus-henricus, and this crop is a species of goosefoot. Although they have been grown for years as a vegetable in gardens, they are now mostly referred to as weeds. It’s completely obvious that climate change is happening, and hopefully, these crops can help with the problem.
