There are several secret items that can be achieved when playing Terraria, but do you have any clue what they are? Hopefully, I can teach you something that you never knew before. However, if you already knew about these items then I give you permission to heckle me.
1. THE DISCOUNT CARD
This is a very self-explanatory item as it allows you to receive a discount when you are purchasing items. Other than that, though, there is not much use to it. However, one can see that its sole purpose is enough to want to get it.
2. THE COIN GUN
In Terraria, the coin gun is dropped at an extremely low rate but if you can get it you will not be sorry. This gun, as the name suggests, uses coins as ammo to damage the opponent. Another cool aspect is the damage it causes depends on what coins you use.
3. THE KEY BIOME MOLD
These are extremely rare, and they are exclusive to the mobile and console versions of this game. Biome Key Molds are Hardmode crafting materials, and they are used to craft Biome Keys. These then, in turn, open up Biome Chests.
4. THE NYMPH BANNER
The Nymph Banner may be the rarest item in Terraria, and it is only dropped after the 50th kill of a Nymph. What happens when you get it is a banner will display in the background, and each one will give you a small bonus of defense towards the designed creature.
5. THE LIZARD EGG
Yet another rare item in Terraria is the lizard egg and it is also one of the best in the game. In Terraria, a lizard egg will summon a lizard pet and it will accompany you on your adventure. However, it does not actually inflict damage on other entities.
