A crazy thing happened on March 31st, 2016. Not only did the Tesla Model 3 reservations begin but the iPhone SE was released. Both of these events were hyped up because all Tesla fans wanted to punch their tickets for the Model 3. However, some Apple fans around the world were looking forward to getting a better version of the iPhone 5S. The only issue for Apple was that their waiting lines didn’t come close to that of the reservations for the new Tesla model.
SEVERAL IMAGES SHOW HOW MUCH LONGER THE LINES WERE FOR THE MODEL 3
Some locations in the world, like Dusseldorf in Germany, have a Tesla store and Apple store that are adjacent to each other. Well, in Dusseldorf specifically, an image surfaced that showed how the waiting line for the Tesla reservation extended past the Apple store. Meanwhile, Apple’s didn’t have as nearly many iPhone fans waiting in line for their iPhone SE. Another image, from a mall in Bellevue, Washington, showed off how people were unable to walk due to the line’s capacity for Tesla.
THE MODEL 3 AND THE IPHONE SE
On their official blog page, Tesla noted how the reservations for the Model 3 began on March 31st. In this same blog post, the company revealed that their new model is set for production in late 2017. Then, when they officially start the production they will begin their deliveries on the West Coast of the United States. As far as the iPhone SE goes, it was made to be an improved version of the iPhone 5S. Basically, it will combine the updated processor and rear camera of the 6S with a similar display of the 5S. Even though the latter sounds like the real deal, you can see why people were more excited to reserve their Model 3 vehicle.
