While he may not have the beard (yet), Bay has the long hair to pass as JC and the obsessive cult following to back it up as well. Perhaps he will lead us into salvation after all.

Besides the long hair and humble attitude, James Bay has the power of miracles just like Jesus Christ. Amazingly, he learned to play guitar from Youtube and now, he’s a world class rock star. According to him, James has a different guitar for almost every song, hence transcending him to guitar God status. It wasn’t always like this for Bay, though. Like JC, he had humble beginnings.

James Bay had a humble childhood growing up in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. It was there where he first heard Eric Clapton’s “Layla”. And just like that, one guitar God passed down his inspiration to the next one. Seven years later, Bay moved to Brighton and gained, even more, insight on the cities music scene. He felt like he a calling to entertain the masses with music. A calling, not unlike his religion counterpart, Jesus Christ. From there, it been a long, steady rise to the top for Bay but will he save us?
WILL JAMES BAY SAVE THE WOLRD LIKE JESUS?
Sure, Bay is popular but is that enough to change the world? Winning 2016 Brit Awards isn’t enough. He needs to go bigger. JC sacrificed his life for humanity. Is Bay willing to go that far? We’ve seen what fame can do to the best and brightest souls out there. If Bay is truly the one to save us, he needs to survive the tests of sins. Satan and rock and roll go together better than whisky and coke. Let’s hope Bay can withstand the temptations.
