First of all, no, Cara is not a lesbian. Saying she came out of the closet is more of a literal term. In and interview, Cara said she started a YouTube channel at the age of 13. On this channel, she would record herself singing covers of her favorite songs. Often, she did this in the closet as to not disturb her brother. So in a way, Cara had to come out of the closet to become a star.

While it’s hard for many Americans to believe that their friendly neighbors up north produce any talent, it’s true. Cara was born in Brampton, Ontario Canada in 1996. Hence, that puts her on the list of Canadian greats like Drake, Norm MacDonald, Rob Ford and Justin Bieber.

Speaking of Justin Bieber, Cara is a true “belieber”. In an interview with the Vancouver Sun, Cara said the first concert she’s attended was that of Justin Bieber himself.
