With the iPhone 7 finally out, Apple fanboys can satiate their craving for the new device. While many users are certainly satisfied, others think the 7 is not much of an upgrade at all. Compared to past upgrades, the 7 is essentially the same as the 6. So what’s in store fo the 8? Apparently, more of the same.
IPHONE 8 COMMERCIAL LEAKED
Before you freak out, you should know that this video is not the real deal. It’s obviously a joke but it’s also quite sad at the same time. Why is it sad? Well, even though this video is a joke, it’s pretty accurate. Apple hasn’t exactly raised the bar over the past few iPhone’s so this “commercial” runs with that idea even more. The fact is, Apple gets away with adding minimal upgrades and passing it off as a brand new product.
IPHONE 8 WITH FOUR CAMERAS
Again, this is just an excerpt from the fake commercial but it’s only a slight exaggeration. Adding four cameras is ridiculous. Moreso than anything Apple would do but it’s the concept itself that has roots in truth. The iPhone 7 essentially did this. They took features from the 6 and just beefed them up or added on to it. For example, added two cameras where there once was one. It’s the same product but spun in a way that hasn’t been done before.

Face it Apple fans. The golden age of Apple smartphones is over. It’s time to give up the reigns to the new kid in town. Perhaps Apple will reinvent the smartphone once again and blow everyone’s mind. Perhaps they won’t. The game is changing and right now, Apple is losing. They think they can just get away with mediocre upgrades and high prices but that will not work for long. Eventually, fans will switch to the more innovative products out there. It’s just a matter of time.
