“Ideas. They strike at any moment and come in many forms,” developer FiftyThree said. “Screenshots or photos of things we want to remember, checklists, loose sketches, stream-of-consciousness words, diagrams, emails to ourselves — whatever your idea and whenever it hits, Paper’s cutting-edge tools will capture and communicate it with speed and polish.”

Many argue that the best tools for improving productivity and memory cannot be found on a smartphone, tablet or computer. But the Paper app can definitely help. It now combines all your text notes, lists, photos, and sketches in the same space, allowing users to capture ideas in whichever form they like.

When you’re ready to share your ideas, you can export them to different platforms such as PowerPoint, PDF, Keynote, Dropbox, or post them on social media.

Increased Productivity

Becoming more productive has been an agenda item for most offices and homes, but somehow we can never quite make it happen. The company’s objective is to turn Paper into the ultimate mixed media note-taking and idea-aggregating app for better productivity.

“You can see and make sense of your ideas by having them laid out like a wall of sticky notes,” the company said. “This is the whiteboard in your pocket that can help lay out presentations, or group similar ideas together for a moodboard.”

Hand-in-hand with the promise of increased productivity, the app lets you swipe your finger to create a “To Do list,” making it easy to create shopping lists or even organize talking points with incredible speed.

Paper 3.0, the “biggest update in the app’s history,” works across iPads and iPhones that run iOS 8 and above. You can download it from the App Store.
