Leaked details have surfaced, and it looks like the iPhone 7 will be even better than the previous version. The iPhone 7 design is set on getting a huge update, as well as many other aspects. Even though Apple is not planning on releasing this phone anytime soon, it is still fun to have discussions about it.
NEW APPLE IPHONE 7 DESIGN HAS FIVE PROTOTYPES
Apple has many different prototypes to choose from before they actually release their new iPhone 7. They are currently working with five different prototypes of this phone. They are trying to decide which one of these prototypes to take to the next level of development. One prototype that has been talked about is one with a USB Type-C port. This port will support headphones as well. Also included would be a dual-camera, wireless charging, and an under display fingerprint scanner. However, as previously stated, this is just a prototype and it is unknown which one Apple will go with.
NEW APPLE IPHONE 7 DESIGN TO HAVE 3GB OF RAM AND BE WATERPROOF
This new iPhone 7 design is going to get an increase in RAM size. This smartphone will feature 3 GB of RAM. Not only more random access memory, but this phone will also be the first iPhone to be waterproof. This is one of the company’s newest features in this new model. Also, this new iPhone will be the thinnest iPhone that the world has ever seen. It will be around 6mm in size.

Gene Munster, the managing director of Piper Jaffray, commented on this new smartphone. Munster stated that it is expected that the iPhone 7 will get a huge design change. He says that he expects the home button to be eliminated. This would be replaced by the 3D Touchscreen. Also, with the home button gone, he states that they would have additional space to make the screen even bigger.
WHAT ABOUT THE APPLE IPHONE 6C?
Although the iPhone 7 is being talked about, there is still the talks about the iPhone 6C. This phone was claimed to be being released in the second quarter of 2016. This would mean it would release before the iPhone 7. It sounds like this is still the plan.
