Fans of Ubisoft and Rainbow Six Siege rejoice, the new Rainbow Six Siege DLC is jam packed with free of cost throughout 2016. The developer announced in a blog post that the expansion adds a new map and two operators to the game with their own weapons and gadgets.
New items, events and game modes are sure to follow in the expansion, and all game modes and maps will be available to all players. The weapon skins and operators will be unlockable through Renown, the game’s currency, which is earned throughout the game, though they can also be purchased through credits. There are also other unlockables that can only be accessed through credits, though these items do not affect gameplay.
Renown can be gained through different quests throughout the came, and the DLC comes with daily challenges for additional currency. Renown can also be lost, by killing team mates or gaining negative progress.
Though some items are still unlockable only by purchase, gamers have plenty to look forward to with free maps and free unlockable operators and other items. These announcements are likely to attract many players to get the Rainbow Six Siege DLC, bringing Ubisoft more Rainbox Six Siege fans and happy Rainbow Six Siege DLC players.
