Star Wars Battlefront Release is November 17

The game will be officially launched on November 17, about one month before the theatrical release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, directed by JJ Abrams and starring Harrison Ford, who will reprise his role as Han Solo and Mark Hamill, who will play Luke Skywalker. This film will continue on the saga started by George Lucas 30 years ago.

Players with EA Access Membership can access Star Wars Battlefront earlier, starting November 12 in America and November 19 in Europe.

Large Space Requirement for Wide World Experience

Though there’s no explanation behind the 4GB difference between storage for the PS4 and Xbox One, the reasoning behind these large space requirements for Star Wars Battlefront surely come from the fact that the game comes with six planets’ worth of maps and six different heroes and villains, which will require for plenty of space in consoles and PC computers. As this combines with the release of the film, it will likely hype up the franchise some more and give for a favorable profit for the game consoles as well as Disney, who now owns George Lucas Film.
