According to Nintendo, they are holding their Nintendo Direct stream on November 12th at 10:00 PM GMT/23:00 CET. Nintendo’s new president Tatsumi Kimishima, former president Satoru Iwata tragically passed away earlier this year, was the one who announced this stream and rumors across the web have indicated eight games that will likely be discussed.
THE GAMES EXPECTED TO BE DISCUSSED AT NINTENDO DIRECT
One important aspect to be pointed out is rumors across the web have indicated that the Nintendo NX, Nintendo’s newest upcoming console, will most likely not be talked about. Nintendo has said in the past that they are still focusing on the Wii U and the 3DS and that the NX will not be further commented on until E3 in 2016. However, the games that are being rumored to be discussed should make this stream well worth it. There are four Wii U games and four 3DS games that could be in store for the stream. The Wii U games include: Mario Tennis Ultra Smash, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival, and Star Fox Zero. The 3DS games include: Mario & Luigi Paper Jam Bros., Hyrule Warriors Legends, Fire Emblem Fates, and Yo-kai Watch. If all of these games do indeed get touched on in the Nintendo Direct stream, then this stream cannot be missed any Nintendo enthusiasts.
PATIENCE FOR THE NX
All Nintendo fans around the globe all want more information on the Nintendo NX, but patience is a virtue and Nintendo Direct will reportedly not be covering it. Nintendo is doing the right thing and still paying attention to the Wii U and 3DS. It needs to be remembered that the Wii U was only released 3 years ago and cannot afford to be completely abandoned already. If Nintendo released too much information about the NX then it can be assumed that they are giving up on the Wii U. The 3DS will no doubt remain popular because it has not had the hate that the Wii U has had. It is understandably hard to remain patient about Nintendo’s newest console because they have always made top-notch products and the thrill of a new console cannot be replicated. However, the games that are rumored to be talked about in the Nintendo Direct stream should more than make up for the time it will take for Nintendo to talk about their NX.
