The current sale price for Borderlands 2 is $10, and with the Borderlands 3 launching for Xbox 360 and PS3 on November 17, and it looks like 2K Games is looking to sell as many as possible units of Borderlands 2 before the third installment hits stores.
Borderlands 2 at $10, Borderlands 3 Priced at $50
While Borderlands 2 is currently selling for exactly $9.99, the upcoming Borderlands is selling for a slightly shinier price. The new bundle even includes all of the DLC released to date for the first three installments of Borderlands, which makes the new game quite hefty for a great price. The Borderlands Triple Pack comes after the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, which launched this last March and included Borderlands, Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
Another Borderlands Game in Development
2K Games announced that there is another Borderlands game in development, made especially ‘for next-gen.’ No other details have been announced as of yet, but with the release of the new Borderlands 3, fans of the saga are sure to be enthralled. There’s also a possibility that the new game comes with a compilation of Borderlands, Borderlands 2 and the rest of the saga.
Borderlands 2 has received very good reviews in its run in the market, and selling for such an amazing price, it could be an attractive grab in addition to the upcoming game, out this Tuesday.
