Buzz says that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 will include a microSD card slot to make for extra storage for clients. The slot hasn’t been included in Galaxy phones since the S5, and seeing as they were beaten by Apple in third quarter earnings, Samsung is looking to get back in the game by bringing in the option to expand storage to up to 128GB.

There’s a high chance of the Samsung Galaxy S7 to come earlier than expected, given the rising tensions with Apple. The Korean technology titan is looking to transform the tables around with the Galaxy S7. Analysts are expecting Galaxy S7 to be unveiled in February.

Specs for the Upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7

As far as the specs go, Galaxy S7, which has been described as Project Lucky, will sport a Quad HD display, USB Type-C, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage space, fingerprint scanner, upgraded Sony IMX300 sensor for cam and a 3D Touch function similar to the one in the iPhone 6S. The mobile phone is rumored to come in 2 versions, one with business’s own Exynos 8890 octa-core processor and another with Qualcomm’s 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 820 chipset. As the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 begins on 22 February, Samsung will likely introduce the brand-new Galaxy S7 on 21 February.
