Donald Trump has been all over the press from the moment he announced that he’d be running for President of the United States. The UK wants to ban him from entering the country, since they don’t want to be associated with anyone or anything that’s racist like Trump.

With a quarter million signatures already, the UK is obviously enraged at Trump’s call to ban all Muslims from entering the US because of the threat of terrorism. This claim has earned Trump quite a bit of negative publicity. The White House and leading members of the GOP have called Trump’s thinking ‘unrepresentative of the country’ and of the Republican Party. Some are even saying that it’s probably time for Trump to withdraw from the race.
To add to all of that, Trump is getting international opposition as well. It isn’t in the US’s best interest to have a man that’s banned from some of the most important developed countries. A leader that is racist like Trump has no place anywhere in the United States.

Donald Trump has given a very nonchalant response to all of the criticism he has received. He’s even responded lightly to claims that his behavior is oddly reminiscent of Adolf Hitler (the evidence is chilling).
The UK has banned many people from entry for hate speech, and Donald Trump is rightfully at the top of their list right now. The petitioners have no regard for Trump’s power or his money, but his thinking has to be kept away from British soil. Once any petition reaches 100,000, it gets taken under consideration by Parliament’s Petitions Committee.
