LG X OFFERS CHEAP ALTERNATIVE TO APPLE IPHONE AND SAMSUNG GALAXY

LG hasn’t exactly been in the limelight since Apple and Samsung dominate the smartphone market, but it seems they have the chance to make an impact. The other day, LG announced the release of their “X series”. The new line of phones is definitely for the budget conscious and focuses on two unique features that many consider essential for smartphones. As a far cheaper alternative, iPhone and Galaxy users may be tempted to make the change.

X-CAM WILL RIVAL SAMSUNG CAMERA

The overall specs of the LG  series are relatively mediocre in comparison to the Apple iPhone or Samsung galaxy. The details aren’t that important with the X Series. The goal was to create two smartphones. One with an exceptional camera, and one with a beautiful screen. The X-Cam certainly does boast an impressive camera, and will surely impress users. Like the Samsung Galaxy S7, the X-Cam will have a dual camera experience. Both cameras will be 13 MP and 5MP respectively. In addition to that, the X-Cam will have 16GB of internal storage, 8MP camera in the front, 5.2-inch FHD display and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. All this at the fraction of the estimated $900 Samsung Galaxy S7.

APPLE AND GALAXY DISPLAY TO BE CHALLENGED BY X SCREEN

It’s hard to argue against the Apple iPhone 6 plus and it’s 1080 resolution. It’s simply beautiful, however, if you can settle for something a little less, the X Screen is a worthy alternative. Unique to LG, the X Screen will feature an “always on” secondary screen. Located just about the main 4.93-inch screen, the secondary screen will act as a multi-tasking aid. Users can access apps, answer calls and do other activities without interrupting the other screen.

The X Series is slotted to debut next month around the world.
