Sprint and Amazon are Happy Together; What about AT&T? Clapway

It seems as though Sprint and Amazon are best buddies after hearing about the new monthly enrollment plan for Sprint customers with Prime. Now, instead of paying $99 a year for the service Sprint customers can pay $10.99 a month. Yes, this actually will end up costing them more in the long run, but paying on a monthly basis can be more convenient. During all of this, though, the world needs not forget that another mobile provider, AT&T, and Amazon are no strangers.

THE NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR SPRINT CUSTOMERS

This collaboration from Sprint and Amazon is tremendous for all of Sprint users, as the company mentions. The mobile provider explains how this move will make it easier for all of their customers to listen to streaming music, watch movies, and TV shows. Amazon, specifically the VP of business development Jeff Blackburn, also spoke about this move. Blackburn noted how they are aware of how much customers enjoy shopping on their smartphones. This move is really good for everyone, and you can be rest assured that AT&T is not phased at all.

THE HISTORY BETWEEN AMAZON AND AT&T

As mentioned previously, Amazon and AT&T are certainly no strangers to one another. Back in 2014, AT&T began offering Prime subscriptions with their bundle that included a U-verse TV and HBO subscription. Then, not even a year later they offered a limited time deal of Prime for a year. All customers had to do was purchase a U-verse High-Speed Internet Power with a U-basic TV. All of this was available for AT&T customers for $59 month with a year long contract. Amazon certainly doesn’t play any favorites, as they have been happy with both Sprint and AT&T on various occasions. However, it still will be interesting to see if anything happens between them and AT&T in the future.
