Microsoft Surface 'goes Apple'; Fans Are Almost Happy Clapway

Microsoft fans finally have a legitimate reason to rejoice. The latest Surface Book is probably Microsoft’s finest piece of hardware. It’s the company’s first try in the 2-in-1 laptop-tablet sector, and the final product is simply astounding. That being said, it’s still second to Apple’s iPad.

SURFACE RESTORES THE FAITH OF MILLIONS

With Microsoft, you have to take the victories when you can get them. The Surface is one of these victories. Despite some complaints about bugs and glitches, in the grand scheme of things, this is one heck of a device. Just as Apple said their iPad would replace PC’s, Microsft advertises this as the tablet to replace desktops. Despite its tablet claim, it’s certainly more laptop than anything. They attached keyboard makes it look like a conventional notebook. When users want to go full tablet, they can simply remove the keyboard with a short press of the button. From the outside, the Surface looks and feels like an amazing piece of equipment, but is it all beauty?

WITH MICROSOFT, LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

When Microsoft breaks out some sexy looking product, it certainly looks suspicious. It’s kind of like when that nerdy, girl in school who usually wears sweat pants comes in looking like Taylor Swift. “What’s going on inside her head?” everyone asks. Well here, everyone wants to know what’s going on inside the Surface. It’s not an act. The Surface Book has 16 GB of RAM, an Intel Core  i7 processor and 512 GB of storage. With a solid state storage, everything boots up extremely fast. The system shows no sign of faltering during power-intensive tasks. Essentially, it’s like carrying around a PC wherever you go. Although not as light as Apple’s iPad, it certainly is a good alternative.

A GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO APPLE

While this is a proud moment for Microsoft, fans shouldn’t see the device as anything more than a worthy, second place alternative to Apple. Some may think that if you’re not first, you’re last, but that’s not the case here. This tablet marks a major turning point for the company, and although it may not surpass Apple now, who knows what the future may hold.
