A new Onenote update has been exciting Apple fans and everyone alike. The latest addition allows new users to use te Android app without signing up or into a Microsoft account. That’s right, you can keep your Apple dignity everyone. It’s a small change, but it will certainly get new people to start using the service. It made sense in the past to sign in to use OneNote. This allowed users to sync notes that were created on your smartphone or another device. However, the latest update makes that quality obsolete.

The main reason for this update isn’t just to make our lives easier. Although, that is an added bonus. By removing that pesky Microsoft barrier, OneNote can encourage new users to come and explore. Reluctant Apple fans can now test out the wonders of the app without feeling they are selling out to their rival Microsoft. Odds are, they’ll be happy to check it out. OneNote has loads of features. There are voice notes, handwritten notes, sharing, collaborating and the ability to add pictures from your camera roll. That being said, if Apple user wants to sync their notes across devices, then they have to sign up with Microsoft. There’s always a catch.

The app is now allowing services like Evernote, Facebook, and others to integrate easily. This will make it simple for Evernote to put your notes right into the Outlook calendar. This is both available for Android and iOS so even iPhone users can now get the power of Evernote with Outlook. Besides that, Evernote has an add-in for Office 356 users and Outlook.com.
