VR has made an impact on Earth and now, NASA hopes to take the technology to Mars. VR systems are already underway that will help train astronauts for missions to space. On May 17th, the Humans to Mars Summit described four unique VR projects that will hopefully aid space exploration. VR certainly has a place in NASA’s astronaut training division but the agency is also using the technology to inform everyday people using Microsoft’s HoloLens.
