NASA’s Kepler space telescope has uncovered four new planets that could support life. Additionally, theories exist of aliens covering up their planets with a cloaking device. Now, Earth wants to attempt this method to hide our planet from an evil alien race.
NASA SAYS ALIENS MAY BE POSSIBLE ON NEW PLANETS
Four, Earth-sized planets are orbiting a single dwarf star, scientists say. According to NASA, two of them may be too hot to support life but the other two are within the stars ‘habitable’ zone. Here, liquid water could exist on the surface. The discovery was confirmed by an international team of astronomers yet many are still wondering about the larger question at hand: is life out there?
NASA’S TELESCOPE ON A MISSION TO FIND ALIENS
Launched in 2009, the Kepler Space Telescope locate’s planets similar to Earth that can possibly support life. Over the last four years, Kepler has searched 150,000 stars in the northern and southern hemispheres for any change in brightness that comes from a passing planet. Over those, nearly 5,000 planets may have aliens. Besides giving hope to the many of believers out there Kepler has been a huge help to the astronomical community. It’s now far easier to follow-up and characterize the planets. Hence, this leads to further information about their atmospheres. If you think the sounds fun, that’s because it is. Furthermore, you can take part in the discovery process too.
GUIDE TO NASA’S KEPLER TELESCOPE WILL HELP YOU HUNT ALIENS
You can get a detailed rundown of the Kepler mission with NASA’s Complete Guide found on Amazon. The comprehensive guide shows the work of the pioneering planet-finding telescope Kepler. In addition to the detailed coverage of the spacecraft, there is information on the ongoing search for exoplanets. Now, how do you know all this information is accurate? For starters, the U.S Government wrote it. Not to say they’ve been the most honest, but when it comes to space, they tend to know their stuff. Except when it comes to aliens. You’re on your own for that one.
