The famous vehicle company known as Honda is finally ready to show the world their new toy. They have been testing their new jet and they say it is almost ready to start delivering it. The Federal Aviation Administration is set to give them a certification for their Honda jet soon.
HONDA JET ALMOST HERE
Honda already has consumers ready to utilize their new jet. They say that they already have had 100 orders received from consumers across North America and Europe. The company states that their jet will be able to seat up to seven passengers. The CEO of Honda Aircraft, Michimasa Fujino, decided to build the jet with the engines above the wings rather than beneath them. They said that this will bring a little innovation in the jet making world.
HONDA JET HAS BEEN IN DEVELOPMENT FOR 30 YEARS
Honda has been working on this beast for quite a while. It has been around 30 or so years since the founder of Honda decided to make this aircraft. Soichiro Honda was the founder and he passed away many years ago. They said they sent Fujino to the US after that to start designing the aircraft. Fujino was then the main guy on this project.
HONDA JET NOT THE ONLY JET THIS DECADE
According to the Honeywell International, this Honda jet will be just one of the several thousand jets that will be released over the next decade. They state that there will be around 9,200 jets that will be delivered over the next ten years. They also state that this would total to around $270 billion worth of jets. As far as when the Honda jet will deliver, Honda stated that this week they should get the certification from the FAA. The world will soon finally see what Honda has been making over the last couple of decades.
