The question of life existing in our solar system is not a topic of debate this time around. In fact, there is no debate. Aliens do exist and they’re right in our backyard. This isn’t just the psychotic rambling of the same guy holed up in his bomb shelter. No, a top space scientist has claimed we will find life within the next decade and he has the facts to prove it.
ALIENS MAY EXIST IN EUROPA
Europeans have always been a little off-beat, and now this explains it. It seems Jupiter’s moon, Europa may be the key to aliens in our solar system. Though it’s a quick 390 million miles from Earth, scientists think it supports life. According to astrobiologists and planetary scientists, Europe has revealed clues that indicated the presence of liquid water. Not frozen water like Pluto, but the liquid water that could support life. Someday a manned mission there could very well expose alien life.
TALK TO THE HAND
Dr. Hand that is. He and his team based in California say that a detailed mission to Europa will unfold within the next 10 years. Think about it. Anywhere that we find water on Earth, life coincides with it. Until recently, we were unaware of oceans beyond that of Earth, but now we know other planets have these oceans. Dr. Hand thinks it would be foolish to assume at l life does not exist in these oceans. That being said, the doctor warns us to not get our hopes up. If we do find life, don’t expect the green, slimy, big-headed aliens we know from Hollywood. What’s much more likely are tiny microbes. Boring, I know. It’s a shame that we won’t be stuffing aliens in our bike basket and flying over the moon anytime soon.
THE SECRETS LIE IN THE DEEP
Famed director James Cameron took Dr. Hand on a deep sea mission in 2005. The Mariana trench is the deepest known point in Earth’s seabed, and it’s thought to hold many answers regarding life on other planets. Despite being so isolated from any kind of sunlight or food source, scientist found tiny organisms in the great abyss. Using chemicals and energy at the bottom of the ocean, life was able to sustain itself. Many think this is the kind of environment that would be found on Europa. So it’s not a question if we will find aliens in our solar system, it’s simply just a matter of when.
