Air Asia Flight Crashed Due To The Lack of Responsibility

Something incredibly terrible has occurred and it seems like this time it was caused via pilot error. Indonesia’s National Transport Safety Committee said in a report that the Air Asia Flight crashed and that the flight crew was unable to control the aircraft and that it crashed and killed all 162 people on board. This is extremely sad news and it is unfortunate that it was caused by pilot error.

AIR ASIA FLIGHT GOES DOWN

Indonesia’s Safety Committee elaborated on what fully happened with the crash of the Air Asia Flight. The committee states that the plane’s flight control computer had a cracked solder joint that was malfunctioning and that the pilot then was unable to control the aircraft. As of now, Australian, French, Singaporean, and Malaysian authorities report an investigation on this Air Asia Flight crash to figure out precisely what happened and who is at fault.

An investigator, named Nurcahyo Utomo, stated that they recommend for Air Asia Flight to properly train their pilots for a scenario like this. Utomo went on to say that the manual provided by the plane’s manufacturer said that the aircraft was designed to prevent the plane from becoming upset and that upset recovery training was not necessary. However, Utomo then said that the Air Asia Flight now requires upset recovery training for its pilots. Utomo went on to discuss that messages from the cockpit voice recorder revealed that there was some confusion between the co-pilot and the captain during the incident. He said that whenever the plane went up that the captain told the pilot to pull down. Utomo states that to go down the captain has to say push and to go up the captain has to say pull. It seems like there are some issues to solve during this investigation. No matter what, though, this is a terrible incident and it reminds the world that correct training in some instances could lead to a matter of life or death.
