iOS To Destroy Windows 10; Microsoft Fans Choose Apple Clapway

The latest version of Windows might just be the best OS Microsoft has released in a while. That being said, they can’t even seem to give it away as their fanbase slowly succumbs to the temptations of Apple’s iOS.

FREE WINDOWS NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP MICROSOFT FANS

When Windows 7 came about, it seemed that Microsoft was about to turn the company around for good. Then, 8 happened. The globally despised operating system kept users from changing from 7. A couple of years later, Windows released 10. Despite the critical acclaim, fans are still latching on to 7. Even though Microsoft has made their upgrade free for a year, the vast majority of Microsoft users have not taken to it.

APPLE IOS LOVED BY ALL

Apple has been offering free OS upgrades for years. Perhaps Microsoft thought that was the reason for Apple’s success and the reasoning behind having Windows 10 be free. However, what many fail to realize is that people don’t just want “free”. Sure, free help, but if the product isn’t good, people won’t care. Look at Apple’s iOS. The system is essentially loved by all. It’s praised for its user-friendly, simplistic and stylish qualities. Apple products are certainly more expensive than the competition, but it turns out, people don’t care about that either. Many consumers would rather pay more money to have something that will work well. Of course, that doesn’t represent everyone, but in the case of iOS, fans are willing to splurge in order to enjoy it.

THE END IS NEAR

The end is nearing for the free Windows 10 upgrade. In July, the operating system will cost a hefty $119. Seeing as users didn’t exactly respond well to the free version, it’s even less likely they will upgrade with that price tag. iOS and OS X, on the other hand, continue to have free upgrades. As they continue to be the superior operating systems, it’s only a matter of time before users begin to migrate to iOs and OSX from competing systems.
