UFO enthusiasts also believe that there are “USOs” in the Earth’s seas. USOs are simply UFOs underwater. Could NASA be doing secret expeditions in the Baltic Sea, causing tension and interest from Russia? Russia and NASA are in a space race to explore Mars.
