There are a lot of YouTube videos out there that show iPhones at work in bizarre situations. One YouTube channel uploaded a video of an iPhone being dropped from 100 feet while encased in a burrito from Chipotle. Another did a black snake science experiment. Sometimes the iPhone breaks, and sometimes it survives to FaceTime another day. A recent YouTube video asks an extremely essential question. Can you catch a fish with an iPhone lure? Fishing fans may find this interesting. But Apple fans are ecstatic over the video. The iPhone really does offer total usability. What does Apple have to say about this fishy video?
YouTube Inspirational Fish Porn
A YouTube video published by How Ridiculous has taken fishing and Apple innovation to new depths. This fish porn may inspire some anglers to rethink their strategy, or break out the lube. The video reached more than 35,000 viewers, and for good reason. Who doesn’t want to see if you can catch a fish with an iPhone lure? To be fair to Apple, the phone was already busted. It obviously didn’t work afterward. But something to look into Apple designers. Amazingly, the Australian pulling the pole feverishly caught an 11-pound fish. The inspirational music went well with the sun shimmering off the fish’s sexy scales.
The iPhone Lure
Either the iPhone is the perfect lure for catching fish, or the fish thought the iPhone 7 was released. But soon found a hook in his mouth, which is how many Apple users may feel after they buy the 7. In a way, it is poetic irony at its best. Apple hooks customers with their shiny seamless design and lures them in for the kill. The fish in the video was released, but it may now be waiting outside for days to get the next generation.
What Does Apple Have to Say?
It is a little disappointing that no Apple employees commented on the YouTube video. I would think that something so amazing and fun would be wildly celebrated at the tech company. Maybe they could market the moment in their stores in China. A t-shirt of the fish with an iPhone hooked in its mouth seems like something that would sell well in the Asian market. Could be a hot seller in Japan, since they like sushi.
