In the Christian Bible, the Tower of Babel refers to the ancient pagan temple-tower of Babylon. According to legend, the Babylonians boasted that this tower could reach heaven. They saw this tower as a proud monument and a sump bolt that helped them unite as a powerful society. However, God did not approve of this. Now, in 2016, Elon Musk attempts to do the same with advanced technology.
ELON MUSK SEEKS TO CHALLENGE THE THEORY OF GOD
Just like the Babylon did, Elon Musk is seeking to challenge God’s power and existence in general. Musk has a theory that humans are living in a simulated reality, controlled by external forces. Whether these are computers or otherwise, Musk did not specify but the idea has sparked controversy among philosophers and physicists alike. As one can imagine, this notion angered religious supporters since it aims to cancel out the existence of godly power altogether.
GOD PUNISHED ELON MUSK
These same religion fanatics had a moment of celebration over SpaceX’s latest Falcon 9 rocket explosion. They saw this as God punishing Elon Musk and his attempts to disprove religion. Perhaps Musk was getting in too deep. Many think men are not made to go to space or advance too far. Since Musk is continuously pushing these boundaries, this might have been an attempt to put him back in his place. The fact that no one can solve the mystery of this explosion only adds to the mystery.
DID GOD THROW A FIREBALL AT ELON MUSK?
Musk calls the Falcon 9 rocket explosion the most difficult failure in SpaceX’s 14-year career. The incident, which happened during a routine filling operation continues to confuse the great minds of SpaceX. Many theories out there exist, but Musk is not ruling out the chance that something hit his rocket and caused a fireball. Was this the lord’s anger manifesting itself? Is Musk pushing his luck? Perhaps, but given his history, it’s unlikely he’ll stop.
